The Department of Romance Languages & Literatures recruits instructors in the same way UNC recruits students. Once an instructor joins ROML, they are given the link to this site so that they can see all available resources to them. I wanted to make this site stand out, so icons were used as visual elements to represent links. Many instructors have emailed the director saying that they ♥ the site design!
